The core of every ball in this line is high-density Polystyrene foam, the industry-standard material for professional mirror ball construction. The closed-cell EPS structure holds a true spherical profile through sustained stage heat, humidity, and repeated touring and storage cycles, which is a functional requirement for balanced motor rotation, not just a quality point. The exterior is covered with precision-cut, high-grade glass mirror tiles carrying a premium silvered backing for maximum reflectivity, true color rendering, and crisp beam definition under a focused light source. A sealed mirror coating protects the bright silver finish against tarnishing and discoloration over years of professional use.
