The ProX T-16RSPWDST is built for touring engineers, production companies, and DJ professionals who need a reliable, road-ready home for amplifiers, mixers, effects processors, and other standard 19" rack-mountable gear. The vertical orientation and 20" front-to-rear rail depth accommodate deep amplifier chassis that standard shallow racks cannot handle, making this case a practical choice for power amp rigs and installed-style builds that travel.
The case ships with dual mounting rails and includes a hardware screw kit, so racks can be loaded and secured without hunting for additional parts. Removable front and rear lids double as side work surfaces, giving technicians a staging area during setup. Four heavy-duty casters, two of which lock, keep the loaded case stable on stage and in loading docks. Butterfly twist latches accept a padlock for transport security, and recessed spring-action handles on each side keep the profile clean in tight staging areas.
Construction centers on CNC-machined 3/8" plywood with ProX Honeycomb Digital laminate, a surface finish that resists incidental scratches better than standard laminate. Steel ball corners and industrial-strength latches are matched by 1.5" interior foam lining made from 85% recycled materials, delivering impact absorption while reducing environmental footprint. ProX has built flight cases to these tolerances since 1984, and the T-16RSPWDST carries a limited lifetime warranty.
