The ProX T-18RSS24WDST is built for touring engineers, DJ production rigs, and installed AV integrators who need a road-worthy enclosure for amplifiers, mixers, signal processors, and other 19" rack-mountable gear. The 24" rail-to-rail depth accommodates deep chassis units that shallower cases cannot handle, reducing the need for adapters or custom builds in fast-turnaround production environments.
Construction centers on 3/8" laminated plywood wrapped in ProX Honeycomb Digital laminate, a hexagonal surface pattern designed to resist minor scratches better than standard smooth-laminate cases. CNC manufacturing keeps tolerances consistent from unit to unit, which matters for integrators building matched rack systems across multiple installations. Dual anchor rivets, steel ball corners, and industrial-strength butterfly latches protect contents during load-in and transit, while padlock-ready hardware adds a security layer for unattended backline.
Four heavy-duty casters, two of which lock, let a single tech move a fully loaded 18U system across a stage or dock without a hand truck. Recessed spring-action handles on both sides make lifting manageable in tight booth or FOH positions. Front and rear removable lids provide full access from either end, and included mounting hardware means the case ships ready to rack gear immediately on arrival.
