The shell is constructed from 3/8" laminated plywood processed on CNC equipment to ensure consistent fit and tolerance across every unit. The exterior features ProX's Honeycomb Digital laminated surface, a hexagonal grid pattern that provides more scratch resistance than standard smooth-laminate plywood cases. Hardware throughout is production-grade: aluminum tongue-and-groove seams, spring-action recessed handles, steel ball corners with dual anchor rivets, industrial butterfly twist-lock latches that accept a padlock, and rubber feet that keep the case stable on any surface.
The high-density foam interior is manufactured with 70% recycled content, holding the turntable securely without requiring custom cutting. A limited lifetime warranty backs the case from a manufacturer with four decades of professional case production. Available in two finish options to suit different aesthetic preferences.
