The ProX Deluxe Rack Flight Case series is built for working engineers, DJ performers, and production teams who need dependable protection for rack-mounted gear in demanding live environments. Designed to secure effects units, signal processors, compressors, EQs, filters, and networking equipment, these 6U cases are available in two depths to match the footprint of the gear being carried. The shallow option serves compact front-load rigs where weight and space matter, while the deeper option accommodates full-depth amp heads and processing hardware that require more interior clearance.
Each case in the series is constructed with laminated plywood using CNC manufacturing processes to hold tight tolerances across every unit. The Honeycomb Digital surface treatment applied to the outer shell resists minor scratches better than smooth laminate alternatives, and the dual rack rails accept standard 19" mountable equipment. Front and rear removable lids provide full access to gear from either side, a genuine workflow advantage during setup and teardown on busy stages and in touring trucks.
Hardware throughout the series is selected for repeated use under road conditions. Steel ball corners, dual anchor rivets, industrial recessed butterfly twist-lock latches, and spring-action handles on multiple sides are all standard. Rubber feet at the base stabilize the case during stacking. ProX backs the entire line with a limited lifetime warranty, making these cases a long-term investment for any production company, touring act, or installed AV environment requiring portable rack protection.
