The ProX X-DMX384 is built for lighting technicians and production teams who need centralized, flexible control over large fixture rigs in live event, touring, and installed venue environments. With 384 DMX channels distributed across 24 intelligent lights at 16 channels each, it scales to cover complex stage plots without requiring a software-based console. The 16 manual sliders give operators the ability to grab any fixture on the fly, while the manual override and reversible channel functions let a single operator reshape a chase mid-show without reprogramming.
For programmers who work ahead of call time, the controller supports 30 banks of 8 scenes and 6 programmable chases of up to 240 scenes each, with individual fade time and speed settings per chase. MIDI connectivity extends control to keyboards, drum machines, and show control systems, making it a practical fit for production environments where lighting must stay locked to a musical or timecoded cue structure. The built-in microphone adds an autonomous music-reactive mode for DJ and club applications where a dedicated operator is not available. Wireless DMX compatibility with Rockville, Chauvet, American DJ, and other major brands means it integrates into existing fixture inventories without requiring a full rig swap.
The wired DMX in and out ports allow it to sit anywhere in a standard DMX chain, and the 4U rack-mount chassis with detachable rubberized end pieces keeps it protected in a touring road rack. A USB-powered LED gooseneck light ensures the operator can read the panel in dark stage environments without a separate worklamp.
