The ProX XC-MIC300 is a 300-foot bulk spool of balanced microphone cable intended for audio professionals who need to terminate their own lengths for permanent installs, touring systems, broadcast infrastructure, or production truck builds. Rather than working around fixed cable lengths, engineers and integrators can cut exactly what each run demands, eliminating waste and avoiding the signal compromises that come with daisy-chained or undersized cables.
The cable is constructed around 20 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors paired with a 93% braided OFC shield. At extended run lengths, shield coverage becomes critical. The 93% braid is engineered specifically to reject RF interference, hum, and noise pickup that becomes increasingly problematic when cables run alongside power lines, under stage floors, or through conduit in permanent installations. The balanced signal path carries that noise rejection through every foot of the run, which is why this cable is suited for applications where signal integrity at distance is non-negotiable.
