This adapter sits inline between an existing IEC cable and any Edison-plug device, eliminating the need to source a different cable or reconfigure the run mid-setup.
The 18 AWG conductor matches the gauge already running through most standard IEC power rigs, so the adapter does not introduce a mismatch at the connection point. At one foot, it adds only the reach necessary to complete the connection without generating additional slack behind a rack panel or under a stage deck.
