The ProX XC-PR series is built for audio engineers, DJ technicians, and touring production crews who need a dependable unbalanced connection between RCA output devices and 1/4" TS inputs. These cables cover every common run length in a working rig, from tight patch connections on a tabletop to longer signal routes across a stage or between rack positions. Wherever an RCA source needs to feed a TS input cleanly and reliably, this series provides the answer without compromise on materials or construction.

At the core of every cable in the series is a 20 AWG oxygen-free copper conductor. OFC resists the oxidation that degrades standard copper over time, keeping resistance low and signal transfer consistent across the full life of the cable. Surrounding that conductor is a 93% braided OFC copper shield designed to block the electromagnetic interference that live environments generate constantly: lighting dimmers, power transformers, and densely packed electronics all contribute to the noise floor that cheaper cables let through. The 93% braid coverage gives this series a meaningful edge over cables with lower-density foil or spiral shields.

All-metal connector housings with gold and silver plating protect contact surfaces from corrosion and maintain low-resistance conductivity through repeated connections. The heavy-duty flexible rubber jacket handles the physical abuse of touring use: coiling and uncoiling at every load-in, packing into cases, and being pulled at angles that would fail a lesser cable. The compact cable diameter also reduces eddy currents, which contribute to phase distortion and signal loss over longer runs.
