The ProX PowerCON Compatible to Dual DMX Combo Link Jumper Cable series is built for lighting technicians, riggers, and production crews who need to deliver both power and DMX512 control to every fixture without doubling their cable count. Truss-mounted moving heads, LED washes, and effect units all require two lines each. These combo jumpers consolidate that into a single, organized run by pairing dual locking PowerCON-compatible connectors with dual 3-pin XLR DMX connectors on each end. The result is a cleaner rig, a faster build and strike, and fewer points of failure mid-show.
Each cable in the family uses a hybrid conductor architecture that matches gauge to function. Power runs through 14AWG oxygen-free copper conductors sized to handle professional lighting fixture current demands without heat buildup in a bundled run. DMX control travels through 20AWG OFC conductors optimized for the low-capacitance signal path that DMX512 requires across a daisy chain. Dual-layer shielding, a tinned copper braid at 85% coverage combined with a Duofoil layer at 100% coverage, keeps the DMX signal stable in environments crowded with wireless systems, dimmer racks, and switching power supplies. A polyethylene inner jacket isolates the conductors from each other within the cable body, and a black PVC outer jacket provides the flexibility and durability that touring and installed production demand.
Available in 3 ft, 5 ft, and 10 ft lengths, the family gives production teams the ability to match cable to gap across a range of applications, from tight adjacent-fixture jumps on a truss to longer runs bridging a distro point to a fixture cluster.
