The ProX QB series passive speaker cables are built for live sound engineers, touring production crews, and AV integrators who need a dependable 1/4" TS to banana connection without compromising signal integrity over distance. Each cable in the series uses 12-gauge oxygen-free copper conductors, chosen specifically for high-current speaker-level applications where resistance across the run directly affects cabinet performance. These are not utility cables. They are purpose-engineered for the amplifier racks, speaker enclosures, and installed sound systems found on professional stages and in fixed-installation venues.
All-metal 1/4" TS-M plugs and silver/gold plated banana connectors appear on every cable in the series, providing corrosion resistance and consistent conductivity through thousands of connection cycles. The plated terminations hold up under the repeated connect-disconnect abuse of touring without degrading conductivity. A black PVC outer jacket wraps each cable in a flexible, stage-ready covering that resists cracking and stiffening through the coiling, pulling, and load-in conditions of live production. The low-profile black finish keeps cable runs visually clean on any stage configuration.
The QB series is available in multiple lengths to match real-world stage and installation layouts, from compact rack-to-cabinet runs to extended cross-stage or permanent-install distances. Every length shares the same 12-AWG OFC construction and professional connector spec, so engineers can mix lengths across a rig without introducing inconsistency into the signal chain. These cables are passive speaker-level cables only and are not suitable for line-level use.
