The ProX XC-SYP series gives live sound engineers, touring technicians, and studio professionals a purpose-built solution for splitting a single stereo 1/4" TRS male source into two independent 1/4" TS mono outputs. This is an unbalanced Y configuration designed for the real routing demands of live production: feeding dual monitors from a keyboard's stereo output, running left and right signals into separate mixer channels, or setting up console inserts without introducing noise or signal degradation. Available in multiple lengths to match the physical requirements of any setup, from tight rack patches to cross-stage runs.
Every cable in the series is built around 20 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors paired with a 93% braided OFC copper compact shield. OFC reduces resistance and keeps signal transfer clean, while the braided shield blocks noise and interference from entering the signal path. The compact cable diameter is engineered to reduce eddy currents, a factor that matters in dense cabling environments on stage or in the rack. ProX's Complete Coil technology maintains consistent internal weave tolerances from the TRS end to both TS outputs, preserving cable geometry and signal accuracy across the full run.
Connectors are all-metal ProX branded TRS and TS housings with gold/silver plated contacts. Metal construction handles the physical abuse of repeated setup and teardown without cracking or loosening. The plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain a reliable electrical connection through years of professional use. The extra-flexible jacket is built for repeated bending, coiling, and twisting. Every cable in the XC-SYP series is backed by the ProX Limited Lifetime Warranty.
