The ProX XS-AHQU16 is a custom-fit ATA-300 flight case engineered specifically for the Allen and Heath QU-16 digital mixing console. It is built for live sound engineers, touring production crews, and AV integrators who need dependable protection when the console travels between venues, rental houses, or broadcast environments. The low-profile front panel is a deliberate design choice. It allows continued access to inputs and connections without removing the console from the case, reducing setup time during fast-paced load-ins.
Structurally, the case uses Signature Series 3/8" plywood laminated with ProX's Honeycomb Digital hexagonal finish, which resists scuffs and scratches encountered in daily road use. Heavy-duty steel ball corners with dual anchor rivets anchor the hardware at every stress point, and recessed spring-action handles on each side balance the load during carry. Industrial recessed butterfly twist-lock latches secure the lid and accept a padlock for added security in transit or storage.
Inside, high-density foam cut to the QU-16's footprint provides full-perimeter support without shifting during transport. The foam is manufactured from 85% recycled materials. A ProX Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the case against manufacturing defects, making this a long-term asset for any touring or installed-sound inventory where the Allen and Heath QU-16 is a primary console.
