Construction centers on CNC-machined 3/8" laminated plywood finished in ProX's Honeycomb Digital surface treatment, a hexagonal grid pattern that resists minor scratches and road abrasion. Steel ball corners with dual anchor rivets protect edges during load-in and load-out, while recessed butterfly twist-lock latches rated for padlocks keep the case secure in transit. An aluminum tongue-and-groove seal between lid and base ensures a precise, repeatable closure every time the case is opened and closed on a busy rig.
For crews moving gear between venues, the integrated caster dishes on top allow safe vertical stacking, and the aluminum extrusion around the caster plate adds structural rigidity at a high-stress junction. High-density foam interiors cradle each fixture independently.
