The ProX XS-UMIX3014 is designed for audio engineers, lighting technicians, and production teams who need reliable protection for mid-sized mixers and consoles on the road. Built to ATA-300 standards, this hard shell case is rated for the repetitive handling demands of touring and regional production, where soft cases and padded bags simply cannot keep up. It fits any mixer or console with a footprint up to 30" x 14", making it a practical choice for a wide range of live sound and lighting control equipment, including the ChamSys QuickQ 30 lighting console.
The shell is constructed from Premium Series 3/8" plywood and reinforced with steel ball corners and dual anchor rivets, giving the case a rigid structure that resists racking and impact. Industrial recessed butterfly twist-lock latches keep the lid secured during transit and can accept a padlock for added security in shared transport and storage environments. Spring-action recessed handles on each side allow crew to move the case without catching cables or adjacent gear during load-in and load-out.
Inside, a foam-lined console bay cradles the mixer and absorbs shock, while a separate rear doghouse section routes and stores cables within the same case. This integrated cable management reduces setup time and eliminates the need for a secondary bag. The foam padding is made from 85% recycled materials. The case is backed by the ProX Limited Lifetime Warranty on the shell, with 365-day coverage on moving parts.
