The ProX XS-UTL10W is a heavy-duty utility flight case built for production professionals who transport cables, stage lighting, stands, DJ gear, and rental inventory on a regular basis. CNC-machined from 3/8" plywood with strict dimensional tolerances, the case is engineered to absorb the punishment of repeated load-ins and truck stacks without warping or delaminating. The Honeycomb Digital surface lamination resists surface scratches across every panel, keeping rental inventory looking clean after extended cycling through venues and crews.
Hardware is specified for working environments. Twist-locking recessed butterfly latches stay secure during transport, recessed spring-loaded rubber handles keep the profile snag-free on carts and in tight stage wings, and four heavy-duty 4" off-terrain steel casters, two of which lock, allow the case to be rolled and held in position on uneven floor surfaces common in loading docks and venue floors. Steel ball corners and reinforced dual anchor rivets reinforce the points most likely to take impact during stacking and transport. Aluminum caster dishes in the lid protect the lid surface when cases are stacked.
Inside, a high-density foam interior cushions contents during transit. The foam padding incorporates 70% recycled materials, including post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and post-industrial material, meeting modern sustainability expectations for production companies with environmental commitments. A dry erase label insert on the exterior supports organized inventory management across multi-case touring and rental rigs. The case ships as a single unit and carries a ProX limited lifetime warranty.
