The ProX XSM-WAVELV1C is a dedicated flight console case designed and manufactured by Santosom in Portugal specifically to house the WAVES eMotion LV1 Classic mixer. It targets touring engineers, AV techs, and production crews who need a single deployable unit that protects the console, manages power and signal connections, and provides workstation-grade ergonomics at front-of-house or monitor positions.
Where generic rack cases offer only passive protection, this case is built as an active workstation. Integrated PowerCon True IN and OUT connectors handle secure AC power delivery without adapters, while a dedicated XLR talkback port and gooseneck lamp USB port address communication and lighting needs that touring engineers routinely add separately. A rear doghouse compartment with adjustable capacity accommodates monitors up to 24" and provides cable routing and storage without running lines across the floor. Six recessed spring-loaded handles and four locking wheels with a removable caster board make single-operator transport practical even in tight venue approaches.
Construction uses 3/8" AAA-quality birch laminated plywood reinforced with flat corners, corner braces, and butterfly latches. High-density interior foam protects the console in transit. TAA compliance makes this case eligible for government and federally funded AV installations where country-of-origin requirements apply. For touring and installed productions that standardize on the WAVES LV1 platform, the XSM-WAVELV1C removes the need to source, modify, or custom-build a console solution.
