The ProX XT-BH180 is a variable-angle plate hinge engineered for production riggers, mobile DJ companies, and installation contractors who need custom truss geometry beyond what fixed corners allow. It is designed to work with ProX 12-inch SQ F34 conical square trussing and mates with other manufacturers' trussing of the same size and connector style, giving integrators flexibility across mixed-brand systems.
A built-in adjustable locking arm holds any angle between 3 and 180 degrees, making it practical for non-standard stage configurations, angled overhead structures, and junction box connections in permanent nightclub or touring rig installs. The hinge ships with conical connectors, spigots, and cotter pins, so crews can complete the connection without sourcing separate hardware.
Construction uses 10mm EN-AWT6 6061 aluminum throughout, keeping the assembly light enough for frequent load-in and load-out while maintaining the structural integrity required for overhead rigging.
