ProX BoltX Truss Base Plates are built for production professionals who need a structurally verified foundation for box truss systems in touring, rental, staging, and permanent installation environments. Available in 24", 30", and 36" formats, these plates address a range of footprint and load-distribution requirements across concert stages, trade show structures, house of worship builds, and event production rigging where an undersized or generic base plate is not an acceptable risk.
Each plate is constructed from a 1/2" aluminum plate welded to a raised solid aluminum extrusion frame, combining plate rigidity with the added support of a reinforced perimeter. The raised frame design is a deliberate engineering choice that differentiates BoltX plates from flat-profile alternatives: it delivers improved structural stability and stands up to the repeated assembly and breakdown cycles common in touring and rental inventories. Primary compatibility targets ProX BoltX 12" and 16" bolted box truss systems, and each plate is also drilled to accept F34 truss patterns. The industry-standard 6.75" x 6.75" bolt pattern extends compatibility to many other 12" professional box truss manufacturers, making these plates a practical choice for productions operating mixed truss inventories.
Every unit ships with a full hardware set for immediate connection to compatible truss sections. Integrated hand holes simplify positioning during load-in, and slotted drilling allows center or offset mounting to match site requirements. Production and quality control include load testing and inspection, and all welding is performed to TUV standards using 6082-T6 alloy by GSI SLV-certified welders.
