The ProX XT-SQ7D is a two-way, fixed 7-degree angle connector for F34 square aluminum truss systems, designed for live stages, theaters, nightclubs, church installations, trade shows, and mobile production environments. Where standard 90-degree box connectors limit design options, this fixed-angle unit allows builders to create sloped roof structures, custom geometric configurations, and decorative truss arrangements while maintaining the load-bearing integrity expected on professional rigs. It can be used singularly or combined in multiples to achieve compound angles.
ProX manufactures its truss products using Aluminum Alloy EN AW-6082 T6, a corrosion-resistant material with high tensile strength suited for repeated assembly in touring and installed applications. The Conical Coupling System provides genderless connections with precise chord alignment and reinforced rigidity at stress points, reducing the risk of damage during repeated use. Assembly requires minimal tooling, which matters on tight production schedules. All welding and processes are TUV-certified by a third-party nationally recognized testing laboratory, confirming that construction meets documented reliability and safety standards. The XT-SQ7D ships with tapered shear pins, clips, and four conical couplings, and is compatible with most conical-coupled F34 trussing from other manufacturers.
