The ProX Flip-Ready Hydraulic Console Case series is purpose-built for touring audio engineers, FOH technicians, and lighting operators who need to set up and strike large-format digital consoles without a crew. Conventional console cases demand two or more people to lift the board into position. The Flip-Ready design, engineered and handcrafted in Poland by ZCASE, eliminates that bottleneck entirely. A patented gas-powered rotational mechanism raises the console from its vertical transport position to a fully operational horizontal position with minimal physical effort. The integrated Vibro-Insulation system suppresses road vibration at the mounting bed and sidewalls, protecting sensitive fader and DSP components between gigs.
Built to ATA-300 road case standards using Grade A European birch plywood and solid wood components, every case in this range features Honeycomb Digital surface laminate for scuff resistance, recessed Penn Elcom butterfly latches, precision-fit aluminum tongue-and-groove edges, steel ball corners with dual anchor rivets, and four industrial-grade auto-centering Penn Elcom casters for controlled roll-in across stage floors and venue aisles. A doghouse storage area with left and right openings keeps snakes and accessory cables routed and secure during transport. Available in fixed and detachable deck configurations, with rack space options ranging from none to multiple 2U bays, these cases span a wide range of professional consoles used in live sound, theatrical production, and broadcast environments. Each unit is individually tested by ZCASE before shipping, and the cases are exclusively distributed in North America by ProX Live Performance Gear.
