Conventional console cases demand two or more people to lift the board into position. The Flip-Ready design, engineered and handcrafted in Poland by ZCASE, eliminates that bottleneck entirely. A patented gas-powered rotational mechanism raises the console from its vertical transport position to a fully operational horizontal position with minimal physical effort. The integrated Vibro-Insulation system suppresses road vibration at the mounting bed and sidewalls, protecting sensitive fader and DSP components between gigs.

Built to ATA-300 road case standards using Grade A European birch plywood and solid wood components, every case in this range features Honeycomb Digital surface laminate for scuff resistance, recessed Penn Elcom butterfly latches, precision-fit aluminum tongue-and-groove edges, steel ball corners with dual anchor rivets, and four industrial-grade auto-centering Penn Elcom casters for controlled roll-in across stage floors and venue aisles. A doghouse storage area with left and right openings keeps snakes and accessory cables routed and secure during transport.
