The Q-SYS NVM-E2 is designed for AV integrators and systems engineers managing network video distribution across hospitality, government, entertainment, and enterprise collaboration environments. Operating within the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform, it consolidates video routing, DSP, and control logic into a single software environment, removing the need for a separate video management layer or discrete matrix hardware.
The included SLNVM-E2-P license activates the dual-channel encode app, enabling each of the two HDMI 2.0 inputs to stream independently at up to 4K30 4:4:4. Eight-channel PCM audio from HDMI sources remains fully routable within the Q-SYS ecosystem. RS-232 and IR transmit ports allow third-party device control directly from the endpoint, cutting external control hardware requirements at each location.
Large-scale deployments are configured through NVM Designer, which supports no-code setup of hundreds of endpoints natively inside Q-SYS Designer Software. PoE+ and PoE++ compliance reduces cabling complexity, and the unit ships with surface mounting accessories while remaining compatible with the NV-RK rack accessory for structured installs.
