The Q-SYS NVM-E2 is purpose-built for AV integrators and systems engineers deploying large-scale network video across hospitality, government, entertainment, and collaboration environments. Unlike single-purpose matrix hardware, it operates within the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform, meaning video routing, DSP, and control logic are managed from a single software environment — Q-SYS Designer — without requiring a separate video management layer.

The included SLNVM-E2-P software license activates the dual-channel NVM-E2 encode app, allowing each of the two HDMI 2.0 inputs to stream independently at up to 4K30 4:4:4. Audio from HDMI sources is carried as 8-channel PCM and remains fully routable within the Q-SYS ecosystem. RS-232 and IR transmit ports enable third-party device control directly from the endpoint, reducing the need for external control hardware at each display location.

Deployment at scale is handled through the NVM Designer tool, which supports no-code configuration of hundreds of endpoints natively in Q-SYS Designer Software. The NVM-302E hardware is PoE+ and PoE++ compatible, simplifying cabling infrastructure, and ships with surface mounting accessories while remaining compatible with the NV-RK rack accessory for structured installations.
