Q-SYS DESIGNER DSP System Design Software Platform

Q-SYS Designer Software is the primary design and configuration environment for the Q-SYS Platform, built for system integrators working across installations of any scale. A single application covers every Q-SYS Core category, eliminating the need to switch tools as project scope changes — from small meeting rooms to large multi-zone enterprise or touring deployments.

Emulation Mode allows integrators to build and validate the majority of a system design before hardware arrives on site, reducing commissioning time and on-site risk. LUA scripting enables control of third-party devices directly within the Q-SYS environment, while a broad library of prebuilt plugins from Q-SYS Technology Partners makes third-party integration a drag-and-drop operation rather than a custom development effort. User Control Interface design tools support custom button layouts, imported graphics, PIN protection, and touchscreen controller builds — all within the same application.

The current long-term support release, v9.13.1 LTS, provides critical bug fixes, security updates, and hardware compatibility patches while maintaining the established v9.13 feature set. LTS support runs for 24 months from release date, giving integrators a stable, maintainable baseline for installed systems. Integrators upgrading from v9.12.x or earlier should review the published Upgrade Requirements before proceeding.
