The Q-SYS QIO-24f is a native network audio I/O expander designed for systems integrators and AV engineers building large-scale commercial installations where analog device interoperability and I/O density are critical. Combining eight mic/line inputs, eight software-definable Flex channels, and eight line outputs in a single 1RU chassis, the QIO-24f reduces rack space and cabling complexity compared to deploying multiple smaller peripherals. It is purpose-built for applications including large hospitality venues, judicial spaces, paging infrastructures, and multi-room event production environments where centralized control and reliable signal routing are non-negotiable.

Deep integration with Q-SYS Designer Software and Q-SYS Reflect enables drag-and-drop configuration and centralized management without third-party middleware. Dual gigabit Ethernet ports support both network and peripheral redundancy, and an integrated relay mute on each output prevents power-up transients while enabling redundant audio paths. The 8x8 GPIO block adds third-party device control connectivity, making the QIO-24f a practical hub for hybrid control architectures.
