The MH-1060 centers its design around a horn-loaded 10-inch midrange cone driver and a 2.4-inch titanium diaphragm compression driver. By running the 10-inch cone from 300 Hz up to the 2200 Hz HF crossover point, the system ensures that virtually the entire dialog band is reproduced by a single transducer element — a meaningful advantage in auditoriums where intelligibility is the primary performance metric. The adjustable pan and tilt bracket gives integrators precise aim control without additional hardware. The LF-2215's quasi B4 ported enclosure, tuned to 36 Hz with symmetrical flared ports and heavily braced MDF construction, delivers the extended bass extension that cinema content demands, reaching down to 35 Hz in application.
Installation efficiency is built into the system architecture. The MH-1060 arrives pre-assembled, requiring only three bolts to mount to the top of the LF-2215 cabinet. The 20-inch shallow depth eases behind-screen placement in tight screen channel bays, and barrier strip screw terminals on both sections accept up to #10 AWG stranded wire for straightforward field wiring.
