The RCF CMR-S-60T-W is a passive ceiling subwoofer built for installed audio applications where low-frequency extension and architectural discretion are both required. The 6.5" high-power woofer with a 1.5" voice coil delivers a frequency response reaching down to 45 Hz, filling in the low-end content that standard ceiling satellites cannot reproduce. At 109 dB max SPL for a compact ceiling-mount form factor, it punches well above its physical footprint. The 180-degree omnidirectional coverage pattern makes it effective in open-ceiling environments where even bass distribution is a priority. Removable Euroblock connectors on both input and parallel link output keep the wiring process clean and serviceable post-installation.
Construction uses a self-extinguishing ABS body paired with a steel backcan and a magnetically attached steel front grille. The magnetic grille attachment allows quick access to the power rotary switch without tools, which is a practical advantage during commissioning or post-install adjustments. CE compliance and RCF's recommended amplifier pairings from the XPS, KPS, and DMA series give integrators a clear, supported signal chain from source to ceiling.
