The RCF CVR 011 is a purpose-built protective cover designed exclusively for the NX 912-SMA powered speaker. It is an essential addition for touring engineers, rental companies, and installed sound operators who regularly transport or store the NX 912-SMA and need a cover that fits without improvisation. Generic covers leave critical hardware exposed or create pressure points that transfer impact directly to enclosure edges. The CVR 011 eliminates that risk with a contoured fit that accounts for the speaker's handles, rear connection panel, and pole mount cap, each with its own dedicated opening.
The outer shell uses heavy-duty weatherproof polyester on a PVC base, providing resistance to abrasion and moisture during load-in and load-out. A 10 mm foam rubber layer between the outer shell and the 190 T taffeta interior fabric absorbs incidental impact during transit without adding significant bulk. Zip closures reinforced with Velcro fasteners keep the cover secure in transit, while the frontal panel can be opened and held back with Velcro when the cabinet needs to be accessed quickly at the gig. The embroidered logo confirms fit and brand at a glance in a crowded gear storage environment.
