The RCF DMA-504 is a four-channel Class-D matrix amplifier engineered for professional installed sound integrators who need both amplification and signal processing in a single 2U rack unit. Each of the four outputs delivers up to 500 watts at 4 ohms, with bridged configurations available for demanding zones. The onboard DSP platform covers the complete processing chain: parametric EQ, FiRPHASE linear-phase FIR filters, a proprietary bass enhancement algorithm, compressors, limiters, and high-pass filtering from 80 Hz to 200 Hz. Presets optimized for RCF speaker models are stored per channel, reducing commissioning time and ensuring manufacturer-approved tuning without external software.
The DMA-504 is a practical choice for business music installations, corporate AV, hospitality venues, and house-of-worship deployments where multiple independently controlled zones are required. An analog audio BUS allows four audio channels to be distributed to additional amplifier units, making it straightforward to scale the system without redesigning the signal architecture. Inputs cover balanced and unbalanced line sources, a mic-plus-line Euroblock input with VOX detection, and a dedicated paging input via RJ45 with contact-closure command. Configuration can be handled directly from the front panel OLED display or remotely through RCF RDNet software, giving integrators the flexibility to commission and maintain the system on-site or from a network connection. Short-circuit, thermal, DC, VHF, and fuse protections are all included, supporting reliable long-term operation in permanent installations.
