The RCF KPS Compact DSP Amplifier series is engineered for systems integrators and AV installers who need a scalable, network-managed amplification platform for demanding distributed audio environments. Available in 2-channel, 4-channel, and 8-channel configurations, with or without Dante AoIP networking, the KPS family covers everything from small zone paging systems to large multi-zone installs requiring independent channel control and full-matrix routing. Class D amplification keeps power consumption and heat dissipation in check, a critical consideration when deploying multiple units in equipment rooms or rack enclosures.

Every unit in the KPS series ships with integrated DSP and native Ethernet connectivity, enabling configuration and ongoing management through RCF's RDSpace software. The onboard library of RCF loudspeaker presets accelerates commissioning and removes the guesswork from system tuning. An integrated wireless access point lets technicians connect directly from a smartphone or tablet for on-site adjustments without a laptop on the rack. Programmable GPI and GPO contacts, input priority logic, and PoE wall accessory support give integrators the automation hooks needed for paging, ducking, and room-combining scenarios.

Third-party control system integration is handled through native API drivers for AMX, Q-SYS, Symetrix, RTI, and Elan, making the KPS series a practical choice for unified AV control environments. The compact half-rack and full-rack 1U metal chassis fits neatly into standard equipment racks, and protections covering short circuit, thermal overload, DC fault, VHF, and fusing support long-term reliability in unattended installations.
