The RCF HDL12-AS is a purpose-built companion subwoofer for HDL 6-A line array systems, designed for touring and installed applications that demand portable flyable subwoofer solutions. Its 1400W peak digital amplifier and 12-inch woofer deliver authoritative low-frequency reproduction across 40 Hz to 120 Hz, reaching 131 dB maximum SPL at 1 meter—enough output to anchor large-format HDL 6-A clusters without adding significant system weight or footprint.

The integrated processor includes stereo DSP crossover with user-selectable high-pass and low-pass frequencies (40 Hz high-pass; 80 Hz or 110 Hz low-pass), phase reverse, volume, and three-band EQ. Thermal and RMS limiting protect the amplifier during extended operation. Dual XLR balanced/unbalanced inputs and outputs allow daisy-chaining to satellite speakers or mixing consoles. The cabinet is constructed from Baltic birch plywood with a steel grille, array-compatible hardware for M20 poles, and dual side handles for manual rigging. Convection cooling eliminates fan noise for studio and theater environments.

Choose the HDL12-AS when you need a compact, flyable sub that integrates with modular line array systems and fits into touring rigs where space and weight are constraints. Its DSP-driven crossover and protection suite make it as reliable in permanent installations as it is in temporary event setups.
