The Samson MD2 Pro is a stereo passive direct box that combines two premium direct boxes in a single enclosure, converting unbalanced instrument or line-level signals into balanced, low-impedance signals for live sound and recording applications.
Featuring dual STLX Mu-Metal shielded transformers for ultra-low distortion and noise rejection, the MD2 Pro includes dual ground lift switches, 3-position attenuation switches (0dB/-10dB/-20dB), unbalanced thru outputs, balanced XLR outputs, and a stereo/mono sum switch — all housed in a rugged 14-gauge steel chassis.
