The sE Electronics V7 PTT is engineered specifically for live sound engineers and tech crew who need reliable, hands-on talkback control without disrupting the mix. Built on the same capsule platform as the widely used V7, it delivers the open, clear character that engineers already trust for vocal applications — now in a dedicated talkback configuration. The push-to-talk button is mechanically designed to operate without audible click artifacts, making it safe to use on in-ear monitor mixes, wedge feeds, and front-of-house PA without generating unwanted transients when keyed.

The supercardioid polar pattern provides strong off-axis rejection, reducing bleed from stage sources and improving gain-before-feedback in acoustically challenging environments — a critical advantage in venue installs, monitor world, or RF-heavy touring rigs. The neodymium magnet and aluminum voice coil deliver a well-defined transient response suited to speech intelligibility in production and paging contexts. Construction is all-metal with a beveled spring steel grille, built to withstand the rigors of daily touring or permanent installation without cosmetic or functional degradation.
