The SCM800 Microphone Mixer from Shure is full-featured and packed with compatibility options that are ideal for sound reinforcement, AV systems, and general audio recording. This 8-channel microphone mixer works great with any low-impedance balanced dynamic or condenser microphone, including a wireless microphone system. Features include adjustable EQ, phantom power LED, manual mixing of input channels, and a peak-responding output limiter.

Each SCM800 accepts up to 8 microphone- or line-level inputs and one aux-level input (two input jacks feed the same channel). Each input channel has a 2-band adjustable equalizer that delivers low-frequency roll-off and high-frequency shelving, switchable microphone- or line-level operation, switchable 48 V phantom power, and a ¼-inch send/receive insert jack. Two Aux-level input jacks feed one channel. Other features of the SCM800 mixer include its LED indicator of channel clipping, peak-responding output limiter with selectable thresholds, as well as its heavy-duty chassis and circuitry that’s built to be highly RF-resistant.

Up to four SCM800 mixers can be linked to provide up to 32 input channels. The SCM800 is also compatible for connecting to SCM410, SCM810, and FP410 automatic microphone mixers. The mixer’s front panel includes a headphones output with level control for easy access to start monitoring your mix.
