Commissioning is straightforward. Browser-based Confero software walks installers through setup, and adding a license unlocks moderation, voting, participant identification, and reporting for meetings that need structure. Audio can be handed to presentation systems, room audio, or hybrid platforms such as Zoom and Teams through the analog interface, and meetings can be captured to internal or external storage without extra recorders.

Compared with generic WiFi gear repurposed for conferencing, a purpose-built access point gives technicians visibility into channel quality and control over the operating channel, which matters in venues where the 5 GHz band is shared. Power it from a standard PoE+ switch or injector, and expand later with Confero 360 as meeting requirements grow.
