The industry-standard 14 mm thick base ensures compatibility across common truss systems, and the solid wing nut tab construction eliminates the failure point found in conventional steel wing nuts.
The flat head countersunk bolt variant keeps hardware flush and reduces snagging hazards in dense truss configurations where clearance is critical. A grade 8 hex head cap screw locks into a hex-milled pocket so the Nylock Nut can be torqued down while the clamp is already positioned on the tube — a practical advantage when working at height or in tight truss junctions. The included Belleville washer maintains clamping tension under vibration common in live production.
