The TOA A-9120DHM2CU is a 2U rack-mount digital matrix mixer and dual power amplifier built for permanent installation in commercial sound reinforcement environments. It serves integrators deploying paging, background music, or multi-zone broadcast systems in facilities such as corporate campuses, houses of worship, education buildings, and transportation hubs. The modular architecture accepts up to eight input slots and eight output slots using TOA 9000M2 series modules or existing 900 series input modules, letting integrators tailor the I/O complement precisely to the installation rather than paying for unused capacity.

Two independent 120W power amplifiers allow simultaneous multi-origin broadcasts without an external amp rack, reducing equipment count and rack space. Onboard DSP provides a 10-band parametric EQ per channel, high-pass and low-pass filters, compressor, and up to 40ms of delay, all configurable through the included GUI software. Thirty TOA loudspeaker EQ presets accelerate commissioning when pairing with TOA cabinets. Scene and paging memories store up to 32 configurations each, recallable from the front panel or via contact closures.

RS-232C connectivity enables direct integration with AMX and Crestron control systems, making this unit a practical fit for installations where a building automation or AV control system governs audio routing and volume. Remote volume control via external 10k potentiometers or 0-10V DC input supports distributed volume positions without a dedicated remote module. Compared to fixed-architecture commercial amplifiers, the A-9120DHM2CU offers a level of DSP depth and control flexibility that avoids the need for a separate signal processor in most mid-size installed audio projects.
