The TOA C-001T is a Control I/O expansion module built exclusively for the TOA 9000 Series digital matrix mixer amplifiers. Installed system integrators working with paging, emergency mute, or zoned audio control will find this module essential when the four factory-installed control channels on the main unit are insufficient for the demands of a fully commissioned installation. With the C-001T in place, the system scales to 12 control inputs and 12 control outputs per chassis, giving integrators the headroom to handle complex trigger logic without adding external relay panels or signal converters.

On the input side, the eight channels support activation events including volume adjustment, mute, remote power on/off, and emergency mute scenarios. The eight control outputs drive external relays via open-collector switching, making them practical for interfacing with third-party control systems, indicator lights, or auxiliary equipment. Removable screw terminal blocks on both input and output sides simplify field termination and allow clean serviceability without cutting and re-splicing wire. Only one C-001T module is supported per chassis, so specifiers should confirm control point counts at the design stage.
