The TOA Wide Range Horn Speaker series is engineered for facilities and venues that require reliable, intelligible audio coverage in demanding outdoor or semi-exposed environments. The constant directivity horn delivers consistent coverage across a 90-degree horizontal arc, reducing dead zones and hotspots that are common with conventional horn designs. A built-in rotary impedance switch allows on-site power tap adjustments without rewiring, which is a practical advantage during commissioning or layout changes. The enclosure is built for permanent outdoor installation, with a weatherproof polyurethane resin paint finish and impact-resistant ABS resin body designed to hold up against temperature extremes and physical abuse. Stainless steel hardware throughout prevents corrosion in coastal or high-humidity environments.
This series is available in standard and UL Listed configurations, giving specifiers the option to meet project requirements where UL 1480 compliance or fire-retardant materials are mandated by code.
