The TOA D-001T is a plug-in input module engineered specifically for the 9000 and 9000M2 Series amplifier chassis. It provides two independent, electronically-balanced inputs that accept signals from microphone level through line level, with sensitivity adjustable across nine discrete steps from -60 dB to -10 dB. Phantom power at 24V DC supports condenser microphones, making it practical for speech reinforcement, installed paging systems, and fixed-install AV environments where condenser sources are common.

Each input channel includes its own DSP chain featuring a 10-band parametric equalizer, bass and treble tone controls, high-pass and low-pass filters, and a compressor. This level of per-channel processing within a single module reduces the need for external signal processors in rack-based install systems. The removable terminal block simplifies field installation and replacement without resoldering. Up to four D-001T modules can be populated per chassis, scaling the input count to match project requirements. The module is also required for VOX function and input metering within the 9000 platform.

With a 24-bit ADC, 48 kHz sampling rate, and a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, the D-001T delivers performance appropriate for commercial AV integration, conference systems, and distributed audio installations where DSP flexibility and clean analog front-end performance are non-negotiable.
