The TOA DA-250DH CU is a two-channel digital power amplifier engineered specifically for 70V line high-impedance speaker distribution, the standard architecture in installed sound systems covering large venues, houses of worship, corporate campuses, and transportation facilities. Its Class D amplification delivers 250W per channel into a 70V line or 500W bridged into a 140V line, giving system integrators flexible output configurations without requiring a second rack unit. Each channel operates from its own independent power section, isolating performance between zones and reducing the risk of one channel affecting the other under load.

At 5 kg and 1U tall, the DA-250DH CU is well suited for distributed rack systems where space and weight budgets are tight. The forced-air cooling system and removable dust filters make it practical for long-term installs in equipment rooms where periodic maintenance access is limited. For installations requiring transformer isolation between the amplifier and the speaker line, TOA's optional MT-251H Output Transformer can be added without modifying the amplifier itself. Up to five units can be stacked directly without open spaces, supporting dense rack builds in multi-zone paging and background music systems. A comprehensive protection circuit monitors for overload, short circuit, DC offset, and thermal conditions, reducing the risk of unplanned downtime in mission-critical installed environments.
