The TOA ER-1215S is a 15W hand-grip megaphone built for emergency response teams, event staff, and public safety personnel who need reliable voice projection and audible alerting in demanding outdoor environments. With a rated output of 15W and a maximum output of 23W, it delivers voice coverage up to approximately 315 meters and siren coverage up to 500 meters, making it a practical tool for crowd management, evacuation coordination, and field communications where PA infrastructure is unavailable.

The ER-1215S distinguishes itself in its class through a polyimide film diaphragm that provides wider frequency response and higher sound quality than conventional megaphone drivers. A neodymium magnet contributes to efficiency, allowing an approximate 14-hour battery life on voice use with six standard C-cell batteries. The unidirectional dynamic microphone with a press-to-talk switch reduces feedback and isolates the operator's voice, while the dedicated siren button sounds a continuous alert for emergency signaling.
