The TOA 900 Series Line Matching Input Modules are designed for installed audio engineers and system integrators working with TOA's 900 Series amplifier platform. These modules provide transformer-balanced, 600-ohm line matching input for applications where signal integrity and ground isolation are essential, including paging systems, background music distribution, and multi-zone installed audio in commercial, institutional, and house-of-worship environments.
Where direct rack-mounted or passive line connections introduce noise or impedance mismatches, these input modules solve the problem with transformer isolation at the source. The balanced input design rejects common-mode noise across long cable runs, making them well suited for distributed audio installations where source equipment may be located far from the amplifier. Integration with other TOA equipment is straightforward, and the modular format keeps the signal chain clean without requiring external DI boxes or line matching hardware.
Both connector variants share identical electrical performance, giving integrators the flexibility to match the termination style required by the installation. For projects standardized on XLR wiring infrastructure or those requiring field-terminable connections, there is a variant to fit without compromise on audio quality.
