The TOA P-924MK2 UL is a rack-mount power amplifier designed for professional installed sound applications including commercial facilities, houses of worship, educational campuses, and large-venue paging systems. It outputs up to 240 watts RMS in direct mode or 220 watts RMS in transformer mode, covering both low-impedance (4 ohm) and distributed (25V and 70V) speaker systems from a single chassis. This flexibility allows integrators to address a wide range of fixed installation topologies without sourcing separate amplifiers for different zones.

The amplifier accepts one plug-in input module via its card-edge port, supporting integration with TOA 900 Series signal processing and source modules. A direct input is also available for straightforward signal injection. Selectable input sensitivity, a low-cut filter switch, and onboard gain control give system designers fine-grained adjustment at the amplifier itself. Protection circuitry includes self-protection along with both AC and DC fusing, reducing downtime risk in mission-critical installs. The 3U black chassis mounts in any standard rack and is compatible with the optional MB-35B rack mounting bracket.
