The TOA 900 Series In-Wall Mixer/Amplifier is engineered for commercial installed audio environments where a clean, low-profile solution is needed to drive a single-zone speaker system. Six front-panel module ports accept the full range of TOA plug-in input modules, and the optional WE-2 expanding kit adds two additional input ports for systems that grow over time. The built-in 9-band one-octave graphic equalizer addresses room acoustics directly at the amplifier, reducing feedback tendencies and improving speech intelligibility without requiring an external processor. A built-in compressor with adjustable threshold protects against output distortion from excessive input levels and maintains consistent volume. Output terminals support 4 and 8 ohm speaker loads as well as 25 V and 70 V constant-voltage distribution systems, making the unit compatible with a wide range of installed speaker configurations.

Available in 60 W and 120 W output versions, the series offers integrators a scalable choice based on zone size and coverage requirements. A key-locked hinged front door protects controls from tampering, and the unit supports both flush and surface mounting. LED power and peak indicators provide at-a-glance system status. Compared to rack-mount commercial amplifiers, this wall-mount format eliminates the need for a dedicated equipment room, simplifying installation in smaller facilities.
