The TOA WT-D5800 RH1 is a rack-compatible digital UHF wireless receiver designed for AV integrators and installed sound professionals who need reliable, interference-resistant wireless audio in multi-channel environments. Operating on the H frequency band across a 576-606 MHz range, it supports 160 selectable frequencies and uses space diversity architecture to minimize dropouts in challenging RF environments. Digital transmission provides greater channel density than analog systems within the same band, suppresses intermodulation, and enables audio data encryption for confidential applications such as boardrooms, courtrooms, and secure conference facilities.

The receiver includes a built-in feedback suppressor and per-microphone optimized equalization, reducing the need for additional processing hardware in leaner installs. Balanced XLR and unbalanced phone jack mixing outputs accommodate both professional and commercial signal chains, while cascading antenna and voice input connectivity supports scalable multi-receiver deployments. A contact output monitors battery low and microphone active states, enabling integration with room control systems or alerting infrastructure. The unit ships with two whip antennas and an AC adapter, and optional rack-mount brackets allow single or dual-unit rack installation. Compatible transmitters are the WM-D5200 and WM-D5300. This receiver does not communicate with TOA analog wireless systems or the TRANTEC S4 and S5 series.
