The Yamaha Corporation of America RM-WOM is a wireless omnidirectional boundary microphone designed for the RM series wireless conferencing system. It operates on the 1.9 GHz DECT band and integrates directly with an RM-series access point and charging station, giving AV integrators a scalable platform for boardrooms, huddle spaces, and multi-zone meeting environments. The access point supports up to 16 simultaneous channels, and each microphone delivers approximately 20 hours of continuous operation on a single Li-ion charge, reducing battery management overhead during full-day events or critical sessions.
Dante network audio support over a single PoE+ cable simplifies infrastructure by consolidating power and audio transport onto the existing network.
