The Yamaha RM-TT is a tabletop array microphone designed for permanent installation in corporate conference rooms, boardrooms, huddle spaces, and education environments where consistent, unmanaged audio pickup is a priority. AV integrators and IT managers can deploy it without requiring end-user configuration: the microphone handles voice tracking, gain control, echo cancellation, noise reduction, and dereverberation automatically once connected to the network.
A single Cat 5e or higher STP cable delivers Dante audio transport, Dante control, remote management via Web UI, and PoE power simultaneously, reducing infrastructure complexity and installation time at the rack and at the table. Six selectable polar patterns including cardioid, hyper-cardioid, super-cardioid, omnidirectional, bidirectional, and toroidal give integrators precise coverage control for rooms of varying size and participant count, all adjustable through the Web UI without touching the physical unit.
When paired with the Yamaha RM-CR conference processor, the system automatically selects the microphone closest to the active speaker, supporting flexible seating arrangements without fixed participant positions. Optional mounting hardware allows the unit to be secured to table surfaces for permanent installs. The RM-TT is available in black and white finishes to match room aesthetics, making it a practical choice where both audio performance and visual integration matter.
