AKG APS4 Antenna Power Splitter (No Power Supply)

The APS4 from AKG is a wide-band UHF active antenna power splitter. The APS4 is designed to feed up to four receivers with the RF signal coming from one pair of antennas. It also supplies power to all connected receivers via BNC cables.

The APS4 operates in an extended frequency range of 470 to 952 MHz for maximum flexibility. Its adjustable RF-level attenuation settings ensure maximum operating distance, even if you’re using mixing and matching cable lengths and types. A cable length adjustment switch optimizes antenna signal levels, while remote power for antennas and receivers makes installation fast and efficient. Boasting a rugged metal build and half-rack size, the APS4 is easy to incorporate into any size of setup, while its durability makes it equal to any demanding application.

The APS4 works with all active and passive AKG antennas available on the market. Two rear panel antenna inputs provide a 10 VDC supply voltage, which can be used to power up to three active elements per antenna path. For example, one active antenna (such as the RA4000 B/W or SRA2 B/W), and two AB4000 antenna boosters may be connected to one RF input (active antennas and antenna boosters sold separately). The power splitter’s rear panel also includes two sets of four BNC antenna output connectors for feeding up to four diversity receivers and two additional antenna outputs for cascading up to three further APS4 devices.

For an immediate system setup straight out of the box, the APS4 Antenna power splitter comes with  10 antenna cables, a rack mount kit, and two single front mount cables. Choose from four different power supply options including EU, US, UK, or None Included. The APS4 does not include a power supply.
