The Alfatron ALF-SUK4T(NR) is a 1x5 HDBaseT distribution amplifier designed for AV integrators and production teams who need to drive multiple displays from a single 4K source without dedicated extender hardware at the head end. With one HDMI 2.0 input, four HDBaseT outputs, and one local HDMI loop output, it fits corporate AV installations, digital signage arrays, and live event video distribution wherever a single UHD signal must reach multiple screens across a venue.
The unit handles HDCP 2.2 content and passes HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision metadata intact. Built-in 4K-to-1080p downscaling ensures that legacy displays connected downstream via compatible receivers still receive a usable signal without additional conversion hardware. The 24V Power over Cable feature powers compatible HDBaseT receivers through the Cat cable itself, reducing outlet requirements and simplifying rack layouts. Audio de-embedding outputs both coaxial and analog stereo for direct connection to DSPs or amplifiers in installed systems.
RS-232 and IR cascade control let integrators manage downstream displays from a central control system, and each HDBaseT port passes IR for local device control at the screen. The metal enclosure and rack-friendly form factor suit permanent installations in equipment rooms and fly racks. This unit does not include HDBaseT receivers. Compatible receivers are the ALF-MUH44E-RX, available separately.
